Day 3: First – Does this ever happen to you?
Good Morning Fellow GZ Transformer,
Have you ever read The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John Maxwell? It’s a GREAT book that has a powerful message. In chapter 7, John says “Most people allow their lives to simply happen to them. They float along. They wait. They react. And by the time a large portion of their life is behind them, they realize that they should have been more proactive and strategic.”
I first want to applaud YOU for being proactive by taking this challenge. You got clear on what you wanted. You made a decision to take action. You’re creating daily habits that will shape your body and mind. Just the fact that you’re reading this shows your commitment to your goals.
Your journey happens one day at a time, one workout at a time, one meal at a time, one decision at a time.
Take a minute to reflect on what you’ve learned about yourself over the past 2 days. Be proud of yourself for each mini-accomplishment and each decision you make that moves you forward instead of backwards. It’s day 3, baby! In 25 days, you will look back at your first few days and be so proud of yourself for starting this journey.
