Day 5: Friday Check-In & Challenge! (and week 2 meal plan!)

Happy Friday Fellow GZ Transformer,

I’ve got 3 things for you today:

  1. We’re about to head into the weekend.  Take out your goal sheets to remind yourself why reaching your goals are so important.

Remember  “Discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most.

If you’re one of those people who do great during the week and then fall off during the weekend, then make SURE you think ahead, keep focused on your goals, and know ahead of time what you’ll be eating and drinking if you head out with your friends.

**If you want a different outcome, you’re going to have to change the way you do things.

  1. Today is Challenge Friday Check-In!

Choose ONE thing that you’ve learned or ONE thing that you are proud of yourself for (from this past week), and share it with us in the Facebook group! I’m excited to see some of the things you’ve learned- it’s building the foundation for your success. DO IT- or there will be burpees in your future.  See you over on the FB page!
