Hope your weekend is off to a great start! You’ve almost got one week under your belt. Let’s finish this week strong just like you started it. Enjoy your cheat meal tonight! Just in case you’re not able to make it in this weekend, I wanted to send you a fast at-home workout that will get your heart rate up, boost your metabolism, and help you burn off your cheat meal later 🙂

Weekend Warrior Challenge:

Do this one OR the one on RAW:
Warm-up well for 5-10 minutes.  Once you’re warm, complete 2-3 rounds of the following: (Make sure to rest for 2 minutes between each set.)

  • 10 walking lunges (5 on each side)
  • 10 T-planks (in a plank position, rotate and reach up to the sky with one arm.  Return to starting and repeat on other side. 10/side)
  • 10 full sit-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 rows (10/side)
  • 10 reverse crunches
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 box jumps (curb jumps or step to modify)
  • 10 dips

Cool down and stretch for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
