Day 8: What’s in your Planner?

Good Morning Fellow GZ Transformer,

The legendary entrepreneur Robert Kennedy once said:  “Not one person on this planet has more hours in a day than anyone else.  Finding time is an art.”

We have to make the time for the things that are important to us. Did you plan your workouts in your schedule this week? Did you schedule in your prep and cooking time? It’s far too easy to fall into old habits. Just a few days back in your comfort zone and you might find yourself right back where you started. Not only will you be back where you started, but you will be carrying with you a sense of disappointment from back-tracking. We’ve all been guilty of it!

Is it willpower that keeps you going? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

PLANNING creates success. 
Remember this great quote: “Failing to plan is planning to fail.”
Today’s Challenge is to do Two Things:

  1.  Take out your calendar and schedule in your workouts for this week.
  2.  Look over your meal plan and schedule in your prep / cooking time.

Just these 2 simple steps will help you find the time to stay on track and reach your goals.
