  • What do you like to do for fun? Hobbies, etc. I love to travel and 4-wheel with my husband.
  • Tell us a little about you or your family:

I have raised my children for the last 20 years and now I feel like it is time for me. I have let my weight and exercise drop off my to-do-list for the last 10 years. I want to be able to move better, walk longer and have better muscles. I have not felt this great in a long time since joining GoZone in March.

  • If desired, tell us about your family, kids, hobbies, employment, school, etc.

I am a mom of four children. I have a set of triplets that will be 21 on the 19th of July and a 26 yo. I have two sons that are Marines and stationed in California. I started at GoZone because I want to be around to play with my grandchildren when I have them. I want to be healthy as I am growing older and would like to lose some weight along the way.

I am a property manager for Finard Properties, and I am located in Downtown Portland.

What is your favorite thing about GoZone?

My favorite thing about GoZone is Dana. She is a terrific trainer. She pushes me to do more, lift more and run more. If I was going to a regular gym I would not be pushing myself this hard.
